FIRE & STORY MOTION
Looping animation created for projection mapping at local festival, Paper Whale's Fire & Story. Our brief was to include themes of community and folklore.

I had the opportunity to collaborate with my classmates Grace and Angel for this project at WWU. As a team we developed the story, characters, and visuals to create a unified piece together.

PROCESS
A definite challenge for this project was figuring out how to utilize a vertical composition that would then be projected at a much larger scale.

We aimed to juxtapose the mysterious shadow creatures with their reality- Gary, Terry, and Kevin, friendly beings that just want to kick back and enjoy the warmth of a fire and a cup of joe.
